2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address and, where you sign in with Google, your Google profile basics.
  • Birth details: date, time and place of birth for you and any family profiles you create.
  • Uploads: palm images, photographs and documents you submit for palmistry, Samudrika or Acharya verification.
  • Usage data: readings generated, tools used, preferences, language and notification settings.
  • Payment data: wallet top-ups and subscription records. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway, never stored by us.

3. How we use it

We use your data to generate astrological readings, personalise daily predictions, run live consultations with Acharyas, process payments, provide support, and improve accuracy and reliability of the service. We never sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

Readings are produced with AI models. The relevant chart inputs and your question text are sent to our AI providers solely to generate your response. We do not send your email, phone number or payment details to them.

5. Usage analytics

We use privacy-friendly, built-in analytics on the published site to count page views and understand which pages and tools are used. These analytics record only aggregate, non-identifying signals such as the page visited, approximate country, referring site and device type. They never record your birth details, charts, reading text, questions, uploads, or anything you type into a form, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, row-level access rules and role-based access. Only you can read your own profiles and readings; Acharyas see only what you share in a consultation.

7. Retention

We keep your account and reading history until you delete your account. Transaction records are retained as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, and turn off notifications at any time from Settings or by emailing info@sgprinfotech.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
